ONLY REAL MEN LOVE STRONG WOMEN

The notion a strong woman seems intimidating to some men who find such women challenging but this not ought to be the case when a man actually understands who a strong woman is. These men actually do not respond well to what a smart woman really is. For such men, It is believed that a woman should be small, quiet, delicate and not too opinionated or boisterous. A strong woman also comes across to such men as being to pushy, cold hearted, too mouthed and mean spirited  in their dealings with men but unknown to these men, strong women are full of emotions and are soft hearted as well only when you get close to them and see how loving they can be from the soul. If a man finds a woman intimidating that is only his perception.

I once heard a guy say to me that he doesn't like a woman who is too educated and reads a lot and his reason for that is that she will act all too knowing to him (he is intimidated already and that is his perception only) . If only he knows, that such a lady would compliment him and not compete with him. 

CHARACTERISTICS OF A STRONG WOMAN

1. SHE IS GOD FEARING : First of all, a God fearing woman is one who fears the Lord and lives by the principles of the Bible. She stands firm in God's words and her faith in Him is unwavering. Such a woman is called strong because because she will never waver in her faith. A strong God fearing woman is;

• "Clothed with fear and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future." (Proverbs 31:25). Because she is God fearing, she fears not what the future holds for her but trusts God to give her a better future. Anxiety is far from her.
• Full of wisdom. When she speaks, she speaks with wisdom. " When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness." (Proverbs 31:26).
• Selfless. She lives not just for herself but for others too, especially her husband. " Her husband can trust in her and she will greatly enrich his life. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life. (Proverbs 31:11-12).

2. SHE IS GOAL ORIENTED : A strong woman is focused and goal oriented. She is focused to fulfilling every task given to her either domestically or personally. She has her own goals to pursue and fulfil. She sets goals, maps out strategies on how to fulfil her goals and then give herself deadlines in achieving her goals. 

3. SHE SERVES AS AN INSPIRATION/MOTIVATION : She is first a motivation and an inspiration to herself with the way she is determined to be successful in what she does and then to others on how she cheers and inspires people to pursue and live their dreams. She shares her wisdom and instructs wisely on what is to be done in order to achieve success. Through her her determination to succeed and how successful she has become, people get inspired and motivated to become successful.

4. SHE IS FULL OF HUMOUR : She makes everyone around her laugh with her jokes in words and in actions. She knows when it's time to play and crack jokes. She also knows how to make you laugh even in the face of difficulties or challenges.

4. SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE WANTS :  She sets herself a standard and follows that standard even in her relationship with men. Because she knows what she wants in a man, she will never settle for less irrespective of the pressures she might face.

5. SHE HAS KNOWLEDGE HERSELF : She has self awareness of who she is i.e she knows herself better than anyone else would. She knows her strengths and weaknesses, flaws and imperfections. She knows she is a work in progress and constantly working on herself. She knows what she can do and can't do. 

6. SHE VALUES INTEGRITY : She values integrity and expects same from her man or anyone she deals with. In all her dealings, she remains sincere, truthful and faithful and as a results, when she senses otherwise, she quits from that relationship.

7. SHE IS LOYAL : She will always remain your loyal fan in all that she does. She remains loyal to you even in times of difficulties and not easily moved by side attractions. When you have, she is there and when you don't, she will still be there for you.

8. SHE IS FULL OF SELF LOVE  :  She knows she can't effectively love someone else without first loving herself for who she is, accepting her imperfections and flaws knowing she is perfect even in her imperfections. Because she loves herself, she is always happy and radiates joy all over her. 

8. SHE IS COURAGEOUS : A strong woman remains courageous irrespective of life's challenges and difficulties, be it in pursuing her personal dreams and goals or in pursuing yours with you. She is not deterred by the pains life inflicts on her neither does she retreat in the face of danger but like a lion, she faces every challenge that comes her way squarely and overcomes them.
