Success is the achievement of a goal either monetary or a social status such as fame. It is a never ending process. Each and every day we learn new things, discover new things, acquire new skills and move up the ladder in our career. No one is on a stand still. You are either going up or coming down. What ever stage you are in life, it's your choice to either remain there or move forward in life. As the world changes so do we.
It's never too late to get to that height. Continuous learning gives you an advantage or creates opportunities for you even when you least expect. It gives you an upper hand when the opportunity presents itself and gives you an edge over your contemporaries. While in my final year in the university I decided to enroll for computer studies and after I graduated and did my compulsory one year service to my beloved nation (National Youth Service Corp) I was called for an interview and be fore given the job those of us who scaled through the interview were asked to indicate by raising our hands if we were computer literates and just the four of us were computer literates at the time hence our placements in the department where I work till date. So just imagine if I had not acquired the skill at the time I did.
Success is an ongoing journey and never a destination. Never feel because you have attained a height you ought to stop moving or remain there. You have got to keep moving cos the world is evolving and changing and so do we. Bag new degrees as well and be versatile in an evolving world. And just because you failed in an area doesn't mean you should stop or give up but rather it should serve as a source of motivation to you. There is always a lesson in every failure.

One of the best ways to acquire a new skill or increase in knowledge is enrolling for programmes during your vacation when you are off the busy schedule of the office or on holidays from school rather than waste the whole break doing nothing. Weekends also present opportunities to study where there are week end programmes.
